What we delete
- Your account and sign-in (Google, Apple or Spotify)
- Profile, city and preferences
- Styles, artists and places you saved
- Music data imported from your streaming service
- Notifications and connected devices
What stays, and for how long
- An anonymous record that the deletion happened, with no personal data
- Operational and legal records for up to 6 months, as stated in the Privacy Policy
- Aggregated statistics that don't identify anyone
I used bandz as a guest, without creating an account. Do I need to request anything?
No. Without an account there's nothing linked to you to delete. Guest data is discarded automatically after 30 days of inactivity.
I signed in with Apple and hid my e-mail. What now?
Your account uses an Apple relay address, which we can't reach from here. Delete through the app, it takes a minute, or write to privacidade@bandz.com.br.
I only want to delete part of my data. Is that possible?
Yes. In the app you can disconnect your streaming service and change styles and places anytime. For other requests, write to privacidade@bandz.com.br saying what you'd like deleted.
